Commercial Finance Business Partner
Sally is the Commercial Finance Business Partner for IMechE Argyll Ruane and IMechE Fife NDT.
Sally is responsible for the preparation of the management accounts including providing enhanced financial reporting and planning capabilities. She works closely with the business to help support the objectives and long-term plans, whilst promoting improved business decision making and financial insight.
Sally originally worked with IMechE Argyll Ruane as a Management Accountant until March 2019. In this role she supported the organisation with the development and implementation of their finance system. Then she spent a brief period of time as the Finance Operations Manager before re-joining IMechE Argyll Ruane in January 2023 as Commercial Finance Business Partner.
Sally feels grateful to be part of a team that welcomes and respects her contribution, not only within the local business of IMechE Argyll Ruane, but across the entire institution. In addition, she really enjoys being part of the team at IMechE Argyll Ruane as everyone is all driven, ambitious and very much work collaboratively.
Sally has a little Dog called Penny who is becoming a firm favourite around the building.
