Why attend this course?
The Metascop is an ideal instrument for the identification of materials either pre-construction, during construction, or checking the material in completed fabrications on-site. The Metascop is a practical tool, and the course has comprehensive theoretical and practical content relating to alloys associated with power generation plants. Candidates may wish to undertake an examination which meets with power company on-site requirements. This is conducted by the Examination Centre on the last day of the course or at a later mutually agreed date. This course is suitable for candidates with or without experience in the use of a Metascop and wherever possible the courses will be tailored to suit the particular requirements of participants.
