Front Office Administrator

Ola joined the team in November 2021 as a Front Office Administrator. 

Previously working within the IT sector, Ola has many years’ technical experience supporting customers with their enquiries and resolving customer complaints & issues. 

Ola’s role involves looking after reception, meeting and greeting clients, supporting the customer services team with enquiries & administrative support, keeping the building clean and safe from Covid-19, and helping other staff with any other ad hoc tasks.
