Customer Services & Sales Executive
Jo joined in 2019 as Customer Services & Sales Executive, leading the administration for our ICorr courses that take place globally.
Jo has a diverse background in administration, with previous roles including Translation Project Manager and Neonatal Administration Coordinator in the NHS. Jo did her BA (Hons) degree in Spanish & Latin American studies, and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Spanish-English translation.
Jo grew up studying music and in her free time she loves to attend concerts. She also loves to travel, and often combines the two.
