New eCommerce website takes customer service to the next level

IMechE Argyll Ruane have launched an eCommerce website that supports their commitment to providing customers with the best possible service.

The new website allows customers to book their courses online and is integrated with a comprehensive training management system.

Head of Sales and Marketing, Darren Precious, commented “Our previous website was difficult to navigate and made finding the information to book a course too complicated. The new website has vastly improved navigation and gives the optional flexibility to book courses online.”

The website went live earlier this year and whilst the dedicated customer service team are still on hand to answer queries and to take bookings over the phone, IMechE Argyll Ruane are already seeing many customers choosing to book online.

General Manager, Chris Kirby, added, “As a business we pride ourselves on both the level of service we provide and being the market leader when it comes to embracing new technology to enhance the customer experience. Whilst the website is a big part of this, we are not resting on our laurels and have many other initiatives planned to ensure we remain the market leader for NDT and corrosion prevention training.”
